Paton Electric Welding Institute, as a result of K1000 welder updating, more perfect stationary welder for flash-butt welding of rails with cross section area from 5000 mm2 up to 10000 mm2 into long rail strings, which also contain the insulating joints, was designed and put into production.<BR>
