MODERNIZATION' 2011
Recently OJSC “KZESO” shipped to "Àâòî ÂÀÇ"(Auto VAZ), Tolyatti, a large set of welders for contact spot welding of steel parts with different thickness - ÊÒ 007 and ÊÒ 008. The peculiarity of just this shipment is that the updating of the basic welders was specially performed for the Buyer.

Welding plant of ÊÓ010 type for welding of cardan shafts
The original welding plant is for semi-automatic welding of rotary bodies in CO2 by solid and tube wire.
The welding plant is designed for welding of girth welds of the following joints:
- butt-welds with and without grooving of edges;
- fillet and lap welds.
New K1100 machine for flash-butt welding of rails
In cooperation with the E.O. Paton Electric Welding Institute, as a result of K1000 welder updating, more perfect stationary welder for flash-butt welding of rails with cross section area from 5000 mm2 up to 10000 mm2 into long rail strings, which also contain the insulating joints, was designed and put into production.
