     To secure occupational safety and health safeguard of both personnel of the enterprise and interested parties is a priority of the top management of OJSC “KZESO”.

    The Occupational Health and Safety Management System was created in accordance with the current Ukrainian laws, the OHSAS 18001:2007 International Standard and applies to processes related to designing, production, sale, repair and updating of track machinery and mesh welding machines, welding equipment and complexes, consumer goods.

     Policy in the sphere of occupational health and safety on the basis of which actual measurable aims were established and the showings of effective functioning of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System were defined has been approved at the plant.

     Policy in the sphere of occupational health and safety expresses the obligations of KZESO top management towards workers of the plant, public of Kakhovka, suppliers, contractors, consumers of products, all interested persons. The policy is implemented by all KZESO structural subdivisions.

of OJSC “Kakhovka plant of electric welding equipment”

     OJSC “Kakhovka plant of electric welding equipment” being the largest enterprise in Ukraine on manufacture of track machinery, welding equipment and complexes, considers priority of personnel’s life and health in regard to the results of production activity of the enterprise and aspire to take warning actions providing creation of safe and harmless working conditions at the working places. 

We commit ourselves to follow the following principles

in our production activity: 

1. To observe the requirements of Ukrainian legislative and normative documents applied to all kind of activities of the enterprise and the requirements of the consumers of our product presented to occupational health and safety.
2. To reduce possible negative consequences of the introduction of innovations using complex planning and procedures on occupational health and safety.
3. To work out the procedures for evaluation of functioning of occupational health and safety system.
4. To train and support the sufficient standard of personnel’s and contractor’s training for ensuring of safe work execution. 
5. To encourage contractors and suppliers for development of their own occupational health and safety management system.
6. To improve constantly working conditions at the working places, to perfect technological processes for decrease the risks associated with them.     
7. To inform the interested parties about the policy of enterprise, to cooperate with them in the sphere of occupational health and safety.
8. To give the possibility to the workers of the enterprise to take an active part in the processes of organization, planning and introduction, evaluation and measures on improvement of occupational health and safety management system.
9. To motivate our workers for safe execution of technological processes, occupational health and safety.
